Terms & Conditions for pa99 Platform Users

1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pa99" refers to the online betting and casino platform operated at pa99.io, including all associated web pages, mobile interfaces, and services offered thereunder.
• "Platform" means the pa99 website, any pa99 mobile application, and all digital interfaces through which pa99 services are accessed.
• "Account" means the registered user account opened by a player on the pa99 platform in accordance with these Terms.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who has registered an Account on the pa99 platform or who accesses the platform in any capacity.
• "Balance" means the total amount of funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account by pa99.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they can be withdrawn as real money, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Any reference to a statute or regulation includes any amendment or replacement thereof.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. The pa99 platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account, make any deposit, place any wager, or access any real-money game or betting market on pa99. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. pa99 will request documentary proof of age before processing your first withdrawal and reserves the right to request such proof at any time.

2.2 Jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the pa99 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. pa99 does not offer services to individuals located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. 2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered Account on pa99. You may not open, operate, or benefit from more than one Account under any circumstances, including accounts registered under a different name, email address, phone number, or payment method. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pa99 will suspend all associated accounts and may forfeit any balances held therein.

2.4 Accurate Information. You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must keep your account details updated at all times. Providing false identity information — including a false name, date of birth, address, or payment details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

2.5 Identity Verification (KYC). pa99 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. pa99 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals and restrict account functionality until KYC requirements are satisfied.

2.6 Account Approval. pa99 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for refusal.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

3.1 Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pa99 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

3.2 Unauthorised Access. If you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify pa99 support immediately at [email protected]. pa99 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised Account access caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.3 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not that activity was authorised by you. All bets placed and transactions completed via your Account are considered your responsibility.

3.4 Two-Factor Authentication. pa99 provides two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP as an additional security layer. You are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA on your Account. pa99 may require 2FA verification for sensitive account actions including withdrawals, password changes, and payment method updates.

3.5 Device Security. You are responsible for ensuring that any device used to access your pa99 Account is adequately protected with appropriate security software and that you log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pa99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods available to players in Bangladesh:

4.2 Currency. All pa99 account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No foreign currency conversion is applied at any stage. The Taka amount you deposit is the exact Taka amount credited to your balance.

4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount on pa99 is ৳200. pa99 reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds from time to time and will communicate any changes via the platform.

4.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.

4.5 Withdrawal Verification. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. pa99 will not process a withdrawal to a payment account that is not registered in the same name as the pa99 Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

4.6 Funds Ownership. You confirm that all funds deposited into your pa99 Account are your own legally obtained funds and are not derived from any criminal activity. pa99 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any deposit or withdrawal and to delay or refuse any transaction where there is reasonable concern about the origin of funds.

4.7 Dormant Accounts. An Account with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. pa99 will notify you at your registered contact details before applying any dormancy administration fee. The fee, where applied, will be deducted from the Account Balance at a rate of ৳50 per month. Accounts with a zero balance will be closed after a further period of inactivity.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Promotion Terms. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional offers made available on pa99 are subject to individual promotion terms published at the time the offer is communicated. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to your Account must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry dates are stated in each promotion's individual terms. Games may contribute different percentages towards wagering requirements — for example, slots typically contribute 100% while live casino games may contribute a lower percentage.

5.3 One Bonus Per Promotion. Unless stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per eligible player. Players may not create additional accounts or use alternative payment methods to claim the same promotion more than once. Bonus abuse of any kind — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, exploiting promotional loopholes, or coordinating with other players — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.4 Right to Withdraw Promotions. pa99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing wagering obligations on already-credited Bonus Funds will be honoured through their stated expiry date.

5.5 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not used or do not meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your Account balance automatically. Expired Bonus Funds cannot be reinstated.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Rules. Each game and betting market available on pa99 is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface or betting market page. It is your responsibility to read and understand the applicable rules before placing any wager.

6.2 Bet Acceptance. A bet is not accepted until you receive a confirmed bet receipt from pa99. pa99 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion without providing a reason. Bets placed after an event has started (for pre-match markets) may be voided at pa99's discretion.

6.3 Odds and Prices. All odds displayed on the pa99 sportsbook are subject to change up to the moment of bet placement. The odds at which your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet. pa99 does not guarantee that any odds will remain available for any period of time.

6.4 Voided Bets. pa99 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) a manifest error in odds or game parameters has occurred; (b) a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being offered; (c) the integrity of an event is called into question by a relevant governing body; or (d) a bet has been placed in violation of these Terms. Voided bets will be refunded to your Account Balance at the original staked amount.

6.5 Dispute Resolution for Bets. If you believe a bet result is incorrect, you must raise a dispute with pa99 support within 72 hours of the relevant event result being published on the platform. Disputes raised after this window will not be reviewed. pa99's decision on bet settlement disputes is final.

6.6 Live Betting. Live in-play betting markets are available on selected cricket, volleyball, and other sports events. Live odds fluctuate rapidly. pa99 uses automated systems to manage live market pricing and accepts no liability for brief delays between live market updates and the real-world event state.

7 Prohibited Conduct and Fair Play

7.1 Prohibited Activities. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pa99 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and possible referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, spin slots, or interact with live casino games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the pa99 platform or any Game Provider's software for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Match-fixing or participating in any activity that compromises the integrity of a sporting event offered on the pa99 sportsbook.
• Money laundering, depositing funds derived from criminal activity, or using the pa99 platform to transfer illicit funds.
• Creating accounts on behalf of third parties or allowing third parties to use your account.

• Systematically abusing promotional offers or bonus terms in a manner inconsistent with normal player behaviour.

7.2 Detection and Enforcement. pa99 employs automated detection systems to identify suspicious betting patterns, unusual account activity, and potential abuse of promotional structures. Where suspicious activity is detected, pa99 may place a temporary hold on withdrawals, request additional documentation, or suspend the account pending investigation.

7.3 Consequences. Where a breach of this clause is confirmed, pa99 will: void all affected bets and game rounds; forfeit any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct; close the account permanently; and retain any deposited funds pending any applicable legal process.

8 Responsible Gaming

8.1 Commitment. pa99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming as a core platform value. We provide tools and support to help players maintain control of their gambling activity at all times.

8.2 Deposit Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in Taka from their Account settings. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Deposit limit increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before they come into effect.

8.3 Session Reminders. Players may configure session duration reminders that will notify them when they have been active on the platform for a set length of time.

9 Intellectual Property

9.1 Ownership. All intellectual property on the pa99 platform — including but not limited to the pa99 brand name, logo, website design, user interface, proprietary software, text content, graphics, and data compilations — is owned by or licensed to pa99 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 Limited Licence. pa99 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any pa99 content without prior written consent.

9.3 Game Provider IP. 10 Limitation of Liability

Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, or circumstances beyond pa99's reasonable control (including internet outages and force majeure events) may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features.

10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pa99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including lost winnings, lost profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

10.3 Liability Cap. Where pa99's liability to you cannot be excluded by law, pa99's total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your pa99 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Third-Party Services. pa99 accepts no responsibility for the actions, omissions, or service quality of third-party Game Providers, payment processors, or any other third-party service integrated into the platform. Disputes concerning game outcomes must be directed to pa99 support, which will liaise with the relevant Game Provider on your behalf.

10.5 Gambling Risk Acknowledgement. You acknowledge that gambling involves a risk of financial loss and that pa99 does not guarantee any outcome or return on any bet or game. All betting and gaming activity on pa99 is undertaken at your own risk and with funds you can afford to lose.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

11.1 Privacy Policy. pa99's collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by the pa99 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

11.2 Data Collection. pa99 collects personal data including your name, date of birth, address, contact details, payment information, and gaming activity records for the purposes of operating your Account, processing transactions, complying with KYC obligations, and improving the platform experience.

13 Governing Law and Disputes

13.1 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the pa99 platform or these Terms, you should first contact pa99 support at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. pa99 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days Bangladesh Standard Time.

13.2 Escalation. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of being raised with pa99 support, either party may escalate the matter to formal dispute resolution proceedings.

13.3 Entire Agreement. These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and pa99 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

13.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms continue in full force and effect.
